When I first saw this red off the shoulder dress online, I had to have it! It also comes in a white off the shoulder dress, but I wouldn’t be able to wear the white one for weddings this season, so I opted for the red and I’m so glad I did!

Basically everything I’m wearing these days is off the shoulder (can you tell from my most recent Striped Off the Shoulder Top post or my Off the Shoulder Trend post?!). So when I saw this gorgeous cut out design in such a fun, bright color, I knew I needed it!

Jay and I will be heading to Texas in just a few weeks for a wedding and I think this will be the perfect look. However, I’m a little nervous about the temperature there. In case you haven’t heard, Texas is HOT. And I’m not quite sure why we always choose to head to Dallas to visit family during the absolute hottest month of the year, but we do. Hopefully this dress will get me through the wedding and then it’ll be all shorts and tanks for the rest of the trip!
