It’s time for our weekly video, so today I’m sharing our fun zoo date vlog! Be sure to check out my YouTube channel and subscribe to catch all our videos!

Over at the Howard household, we’re firm believers that you should date your spouse and make time for weekly date nights (and if not weekly, then whenever you can make it happen, get a babysitter, etc). Well, last week, mine and Jay’s nights filled up, so we couldn’t do our weekly date night (insert sad face here). But Jay was super sweet and planned a day-date for us instead!

He took me to my favorite lunch spot, the super elegant and trendy Olive Garden! I know all you food snobs out there are seriously judging me right now, but I’m totally in heaven with the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. After our feast, he planned for us to go to the Santa Ana Zoo. We are absolutely obsessed with the zoo and every time we visit a new city, we always have to check out their zoo! (So far, our favorite has been San Diego!).

We knew we’d have a blast because, let’s face it, we’re like little kids when we go to the zoo, so we vlogged it all!

We hope to not only be a source of info for you guys with our “Helpful How-Tos’ videso (like this How To Pack for a Weekend Getaway post or our funny How To Be Californian post), but we also want to encourage everyone that it’s possible to live enjoyable lives with the ones you love (hence our zoo date vlog today)!
